All EPM Global Manufacturing centers are registered to the ISO 9001:2000 Quality System. EPM Global Services continues to invest in technologies designed to address continuous improvement in our processes and systems. Process Assurance Monitoring and Measurement All EPM Global Facilities are interlinked throgh our state of the art Tecnomatix automated process control and defect tracking system that supports EPM’s ongoing, continuous improvement activities. This provides the ability to track Quality performance in real time and implement effective improvements quickly. Tecnomatix also provides automated process route enforcement to pre-defined manufacturing process steps, while the integral database provides full process traceability. Business Information Assurance Monitoring and Measurement All EPM Global facilities use interactive process management software which enables efficient capture and processing of business process information. This system enables the streamlining and automation of key business processes by enhancing the interaction of business information to system data inherent in manufacturing services by combining robust process automation with electronic forms and business process management (BPM) functionality, and document generation capabilities. All EPM Global facilities are fully integrated in our global ERP system which provides for tight integration into Planning and Scheduling responding rapidly to fluctuating business conditions and ensuring proper financial, inventory, distribution and manufacturing control over the entire supply chain. Training EPM's internal training programs in ISO Quality Principles, IPC Manufacturing Criteria and fundamentals, ESD Fundamentals, and Basic Process Controls using the tools and systems available to assure a skilled and competent staff, fully versed in the fundamentals of quality manufacturing processes. Additional training is provided on latest technologies. |
